The 4Ps is a human development program and the poverty reduction strategy of the national government that provides CCT grants to extremely poor families in order to improve their health, nutrition and education especially the children aged 0- 14. The said program has two objectives: 1) Social Assistance, which aims to grant cash assistance to the poor to address their immediate need; and 2) Social Development, which aims to break the intergenerational poverty cycle through investments in human capital.
One of the conditions under the said program before the beneficiaries will receive their CCT is the Family Development Session (FDS). It aims to widen the knowledge and boost the skills of parents and help them to understand and meet the health and education conditions of the program. The FDS is being done by the 4P’s workers through home visits, the use of modules on modular sessions guide for parents, family drug prevention program, parent effectiveness service and empowerment and viii reaffirmation of paternal abilities. The role of the parents in helping their children attain their health and educational growth is very important, the mothers or the heads of households are required to attend the FDS at least once a month.
The study used the qualitative method wherein the researchers utilized the interview method and observation method. In order to gather the data needed, the researchers utilized an interview guide which was divided into three parts. the first…...

Once expression changes value repeated instruction execution ends and move to another instruction. Procedural Programing Specific the steps to be taken to reach the desired state but can also refer to a programming paradigm based on the concept of the procedure call. Procedures and routines called methods or subroutines contain a series of steps to be executed. Any procedure can be called at any time of the execution of a program, including other procedures or itself. Modular Programming A complex problem is decomposed into sub-problems to obtain very simple and relatively independent issues. For each problem is simple then write a program module properly and it simply. Each program module executes an independent working group of working groups of the other modules. If necessary modules communicate with each other through interfaces consisting of sets of parameters. Relatively independent modules allow specific operations implementation, testing, debugging and modification independently of other modules....

...Abstract: “To solve the problem of time-cost tradeoff in project management with available models, a choice must be made between heuristic approaches and algorithms based upon restrictive assumptions about the shape of the cost-time functions of the activities. The algorithm presented in this article involves a dynamic-programming approach to determine the allocation which minimizes the duration of the project (critical path). The main advantage of this model is its ability to determine the optimum allocation among activities with arbitrary cost-time functions. Also, computational shortcuts for functions with special properties can be used to increase the efficiency of the model” (Don Robinson 158-166). Programming solutions . Developers who program for any project has multiple requirements to be met. The key is understanding the problem to be familiar with the business. A visionary understanding the management of the business. Then a visual plan must be drawn with a step by step process to understand the goals of the company. It is easy to do this if you are the owner of the company and it is difficult to bring it to the IT/developer of the company. I have experienced this personally via my small business even though I tried desperately to bring my ideas, there was always a gap bringing the need and the vision. IF we discuss the need, we had to set multiple meetings where the developer had researched the system and saw the flaws with his own ideas on how to improve it.......

...visualization algorithms that apply our design guidelines based on the results of the analysis. data, video and motion capture, assume that the data itself is timevarying. A key feature of our approach is that it does not require such a representation of the motion as part of the input. Instead we analyze a purely geometric representation of a mechanical assembly to extract the relevant kinematic motions of its parts. Researchers have also developed a variety of techniques for interpreting and animating 2D sketches of complex physical systems, including mechanical devices, analog circuits, chemical structures. See Davis [2007] for a survey of these techniques. Shape Analysis. Early research efforts at Felix Klein’s celebrated Erlanger Program [1893] and later by Thompson [1917] established the importance of geometry to the study of form and structure. The ideal goal is to extract high level shape semantics and relations between the various parts of shapes by working with their geometric descriptions alone. For general shapes, this remains a difficult, and often an unrealistic task. However, significant progress has been made in the case of engineered objects. Such objects are designed and manufactured using well established processes and often share distinctive properties. Researchers in the CAD/CAM community have long explored such characteristics to facilitate reconstruction, segmentation and denoising of shapes for reverse engineering [Benkö et al. 2001; Demarsin et al.......

When the program meets its requirement from the user, it will continue to ask the students to enter year of study, semester and number of workbooks required. The program later will display the total charges by computing the annual fees, semester fees and cost of the workbooks. Furthermore, the program will check the condition of the funds each time after displaying the total charges. ...com/cct-beneficiaries-seen-improve-poor-000000365.html RETRIEVED SEPT. 24, 2015 11:29 PM By By Prinz Magtulis Some family-beneficiaries of the conditional cash transfer (CCT) program are expected to have improved living conditions, moving up from being poor to “near poor.” “Near poor” is a new classification of families crafted by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), implementing agency of the national government’s CCT program. Social Welfare Secretary Corazon Soliman said near-poor will be classified as families that fall 10 percent above the poverty line, which differs from area to area based on 25 variables the agency measures. “These include measures for food, health, access to electricity… We put weights on these metrics and then we gauge them using a set poverty line for each area,” Soliman said. The present list of beneficiaries, drawn from the National Household Targeting System, is being evaluated to see if there are families that managed to “move up a little higher” from the poverty line. Soliman said the DSWD hopes to come up with a new list of families by the first week of October. Families classified as near poor will no longer be part of the present CCT program but may become part of a new one. “We are coming up with this new classification called near-poor. The programs under this are still being developed but obviously, we will consider the major vulnerabilities of any family, which are education, health and job security,” Soliman......

Keeping in view, my first step is to review business performance of Europe-based Foods and Beverages Company Nestle Limited originally operated from Europe in late 1860s started primarily as Food company but expanded their businesses in other units like beverages particularly. Nestle started its operations in Pakistan from 1981 a city named Sheikhupura as their first production plant and as the time goes their production capacity was enlarged. Later on during this study I would also mention the Nestlé’s performance in terms of 4P`s of Management/Marketing. One can question this very easily why choose Nestle, and the simplest answer could be because of globally followed trend of expanding...
