1. Executive summary
This individual assignment was commissioned to create either an imaginative E-Business or an E-Commerce start-up here in Ho Chi Minh City. Specifically, it’s about ngonngon.com – online webpage supports to order a lunch. The assignment analyses and identifies propositional value and competitive advantages like professional delivery service within 30 minutes with flexible payment. There are different things that make ngonngon becomes special one. Besides using traditional webpage, we develop an application for smartphone of many operating systems to attract more people. This assignment defines which products and services that ngonngon offers and adds more value, who we are selling to, which segments. How does this E-Business work and generate money by advertising and describe our supply chain with diagram. Furthermore, we explain the reason why we choose this domain name ‘.com’ for ngonngon and their benefits with other. Finally, it’s about how will ngonngon.com ensure that people will visit the webpage by using some promotions from marketing strategy with fourth main ideas.

2. Introduction ngonngon.com (English meaning: delicious) transactional e-commerce site (click and buy) is about food and beverage website that we create for you. ngonngon is where you can order your favorite lunch with a delicious taste and still enjoy in your offices. You are busy to work and cannot go out to have a lunch or being tired with a same meal in canteen every week. Therefore, we will bring to you variable meals with fresh aliments and high quality in nutrition facts. Now, just go to ngonngon webpage or ngonngon application now is available on iOS and Android then choose your lunch, we will deliver it to you within 30 minutes. 3. Company concept a. Propositional values and competitive advantages
Professional services, free delivery within 30 minutes (only in HCMC), free fruits for dessert, a meal still has a good smell and quality that’s all value we want customers remember about us. Ngonngon’s available for telephone ordering, desktop, mobile browser versions and smartphone’s applications with iOS and Android (coming up for Windows Phone 8 and BB10 of BlackBerry in fall 2013). In addition, flexible payments with credit cards or postpaid are our competitive advantages. b. Business model work
We understand this service is not only in Vietnam also in HCMC, there are many websites have the same functions like www.foodpanda.vn; chonmon.vn; www.vietnammm.com … However, most of them just basic websites show a lunch from other restaurants. Consequently, it has a conflict between this meal and other meals about prices, delivery, payments … Ngonngon is different type, we are the one and the online restaurant that accepts your order from 9 A.M to 2:30 P.M every day. Just making a phone call or go to our website also using ngonngon applications, choose you lunch, time and where to deliver then choose type of payment. After that, ngonngon will contact with you by phone call to check your available deal. Lastly, your meals are delivered to you within 30 minutes. c. Generating money
We can generate money from advertising. Because we just serve about food, deserts and soft drinks, therefore other third places (companies have interesting in our website) can have advertising on the top banner, left and right sides or pop-up windows. They can show their products or services what relevant for food and beverage. Besides that, we agree to have advertising on free version of smartphone applications or just pay $0.99 to download non-ad version. d. Target market and target audiences on the internet
Business people and office workers are our target audiences and ngonngon focuses on target market about who are willing to spend more than $5 for their meal in Ho Chi Minh City. We need a research company like Epinion Vietnam or Nielsen Vietnam to justify a data and make decision which other websites are suitable to put our advertising. Moreover, we can have a list of target audience emails to send them our brochures for more attractive. 4. Supply chain

About buy-side, aliments from suppliers will directly delivery to ngonngon (restaurant) by supplier logistics. There are no distributors (supermarkets) because ngonngon wants to have a fresh aliment with high qualities. Moreover, we can control a cost and balance our expenses in the end of day. Ngonngon has duties to cook them into final delicious products and ‘drop shipping’ to consumers. It means we don’t use distributors or retails in the sell-side. For supporting this transaction more effective and efficient, we create an own internal delivery service. In this case, we use our logistic and it called DNN, DNN is available at 'delivery.ngonngon.com'. On this different website, it illustrates full details about our delivery services include time, places, feedback, contact information … The main reason having NND because ngonngon will directly delivery it to you, we can command and receive responsibilities totally. Furthermore, it saves a lot of money and resources than engaging other delivery companies. 5. Domain name ngonngon.com is our main domain name that is at auction through Go Daddy Auctions. After discussions, we consider between .com and .vn for our e-business. Actually, we prefer to use .vn because our target audiences they live in Vietnam and we support only in HCMC. Unfortunately, ngonngon.vn is exist and is owned by another Vietnamese company. Therefore, we think carefully about our potential customer. It’s might not only Vietnamese people although they live in HCMC. Moreover, .com is extremely popular and easy to remember, because when you try to figure out your last favorite websites, you usually tend to type .com on your keyboard. Furthermore, in ngonngon.com it has three vowels ‘o’ so might help customers think more about this cool name. 6. Generating visitors
We only focus on fourth main ideas about advertising to increase webpage’s visitors or use smartphone applications. Firstly, ngonngon decides to put advertising on popular websites where has many hits every days which come from our target audiences and potential customer like webtretho.com (website for parents); vnexpress.net (news); dantri.com.vn (news); thanhnien.com (news); mp3.zing.vn (entertainment); nhaccuatui.com (entertainment). Secondly, we make a deal with Google and combine Google Plus (Google +) to make our webpage on top of result when people search about ‘an trua’ (luch), ‘do an online’ (order online lunch), ‘do an nhanh’ (fast-food) … Finally, we use social network like Facebook and YouTube to introduce ‘ngonngon.com’. Specifically, by creating Facebook page, advertising on the right column, making a deal to give us in Suggestion Pages and link to our smartphone application. About YouTube, we will record about our meals and cooking processes with high definition to attract more besides put link of webpage in description area. Finally, we will sell a meal with special prices when people buy together on muachung.com or nhommua.com. It means you will get 25% discount voucher when you and 500 other people buy our meal through this commercial pages together. 7. Conclusion ngonngon.com is about food and beverage webpage with ‘click and buy’ transactional e-commerce site. We create this interesting webpage for you who want to enjoy a lunch with high quality and delicious tastes from the best online restaurant in HCMC. Now you can choose your favorite and meal then we will deliver it to you within 30 minutes by online ngonngon webpage on desktop, mobile browsers or download ngonngon application for iOS, Android and coming up with Windows Phone 8 and BB10 in this fall. Finally, we would like to give you the best service and enjoyable lunches.

...E-commerce Name Instructor Institution Date Many businesses face a lot of challenges in their attempts to embrace e-commerce. As a matter of fact, some organizations have gone out of business for failing to embrace adequately e-commerce. For instance, Ecomum, an organization that provided maternity products and earth friendly mom products such as toys, ran out of business in 2013 for not embracing e-commerce. Furthermore, one of the marketing strategy used by the company was after sales services such as offering free delivery. However, this strategy contributed to the failure of the business. For instance, the cost of shipping the goods to the customers was very high thereby leading to losses. As such, one of the marketing strategies that Ecomum could have applied is embracing the social media such as Facebook, twitter or Myspace as an advertisement tool rather than after sales services. As evidenced, social media has become one of the best marketing strategies for various successful organizations worldwide (International Journal of Electronic Commerce, 2004). Organizational hierarchy involves structuring an organization using separate levels of authority and chain of command or between subordinate and superior levels of the organization. As such, every entity within the organization is subordinate to a single other entity. In addition, each functional areas such as marketing, finance or human resource, are each headed by different persons. Furthermore, marketing may......
